What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy with Jai is a unique approach to healing.

Trauma is a vibrational protective response in the body when something severe or difficult happens in our outer world. In order to address the vibrational wounding, we need to get into our bodies. Even more, we need to feel SAFE to be in our bodies.

The problem with traditional talk therapy is that often talking about our problems is simply cycling through the same limiting stories thus getting the same limiting results. This is because healing cannot happen from the perspective of the mind.

We need to get into our bodies.

We need to understand how our body holds our wounds.

How Can Jai Help me?

Jai uses the ancient healing modality of kundalini yoga with the teachings of Dr. Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry. Through movement, breath-work, deep meditation and inquiry Jai helps you access what has been buried.

She has helped hundreds of people liberate from limiting beliefs and unconscious holdings to find true freedom and a renewed lead on life.

Jai is an empathic and intuitive healer who is gifted in helping people feel safe coming into their bodies to compassionately inquire about the blocks and locks holding them back from stepping fully into light and liberation.

Your yoga therapy session is 60 minutes and can be in person or over zoom.
